This most recent solo exhibition by Brazilian artist Rodrigo Cass provided a lesson on how to occupy a vast gallery and craft an episodic narrative rife with doubt that was meant to confuse viewers’ body and eyes. With a career spanning nearly two decades and a variety of media, it is in his video works that his research reaches a rare complexity, one that always draws attention to its mystery.
